EGA Master has been awarded with the Youth Employment Promotion Award, in the SME category, in the fourth edition organized by the Mahou San Miguel Foundation, in collaboration with the Club de Excelencia en Sostenibilidad (Sustainability Excellence Club), and whose Honorary Committee is chaired by King Felipe and Queen Letizia.

The industrial tool manufacturer collaborates with numerous educational centers and institutions, so that students from these centers annually carry out their internships at its facilities, incorporating more than 70% of these young people to its staff, once the scholarship is completed. In this way, the jury has considered the active work of the Spanish company in the development of a project based on people and young talent as the main asset of the organization.

In the four editions held since its inception, the Youth Employment Promotion Award has received more than 230 initiatives from all over Spain for the creation of employment, in which stable and quality jobs are valued, with special attention to sustainability in its triple economic, environmental, and social aspects.
