Sales Terms

EGA Master, S.L. will only accept returns of products in case of a manufacturing defect or a mistake in the delivery on the part of EGA Master, S.L.
Any such product should be returned to EGA Master, S.L. within 30 days of their delivery.

Under no circumstances will any return be allowed without the previous written authorization from EGA Master, S.L.

Should a return be authorized, a minimum surcharge of 20% will be applied in order to cover related handling, counting, quality inspection and general administration costs.

EGA Master, S.L. remains the legal owner of the products delivered until the moment that full payment of the said products has been made by the buyer.

In case of any legal conflict the BUYER, who acknowledges and accepts the Sales Terms, agrees that the competent Courts will be the Courts of Justice of Vitoria, Spain.

GURANTEE

Lifetime guarantee against any manufacturing defect (except on items marked G12, where the guarantee will last just 12 months).

The guarantee covers the repair or replacement of the defective item.

The guarantee does not cover natural wear out, abuse or misuse of the tool. The guarantee does not cover the possible oxidization of used tools that may not have been properly taken care of.

The Department of Quality Claims will determine in each case whether abuse or misuse has occurred and will issue the corresponding report.

PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE

EGA Master has a policy for Product Liability Insurance, with coverage of all countries world-wide, including USA and Canada.
