EGA Master has been the winner of the first Awards for Good Practices in Sustainable Industrialization, Clean Energy and Ecodesign, convened by the Provincial Council of Álava.
The sustainable packaging model, which has allowed EGA Master to reduce its carbon footprint and thus promote the circular economy, was presented by Eduardo Urizar Abaurrea, Head of Quality Management and Compliance of the company, and which has been awarded the first Prize, awarded by Jone Berriozabal Bóveda, Provincial Deputy for Equality, Basque and Governance.
The awards ceremony was held within the framework of the 29th European Advanced Management Week, held at the Palace House of the Provincial Council of Alava, in Vitoria (Spain), and are the result of a proposal created by the Alava Alliance for Sustainable Development, which seeks to promote Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Construction of resilient infrastructures, promoting inclusive and sustainable industrialization, fostering innovation).
In this way, the Provincial Council of Alava ratifies its commitment to the environment and in recognition of the efforts of industries to be more sustainable.
Next Thursday, October 26th, EGA Master will open its doors to show in situ, the winning model of Sustainable Packaging.
