EGA MASTER LIVES A HISTORIC MOMENT IN THE MENA REGION

EGA MASTER VIVE UN MOMENTO HISTÓRICO EN LA REGIÓN DE ORIENTE MEDIO Y NORTE DE ÁFRICA

EGA Master is increasingly strengthening its presence in this region.

To the historic manufacturing and supply contract it achieved from Saudi Electricity Company at the beginning of 2022 for an amount of more than US$ 3 million, it is added two important projects that it has obtained throughout the first half of 2023.

The first one was awarded by Action Energy, a Kuwait-based company focused on offering state-of-the-art drilling equipment, relied on the manufacturer of premium industrial tools, for its project to install six ground drilling rigs, the result of a contract awarded by the Kuwait Oil Company.

EGA Master's notoriety in the Middle East region, its ability to offer a comprehensive solution, and its speed of delivery, earned it the trust of Action Energy, for whom it manufactured and supplied industrial tools and safety for ground platforms, worth US$ 182,784.96.

The second project came from Libya, namely Mellitah Oil & Gas, one of the largest oil and gas companies operating in this country. This company, the result of a joint venture between ENI and the Libyan National Oil Company, relied on EGA Master's long experience in the Oil and Gas industry, to award it a contract for the supply of certified safety tools for its MRO operations in the Mellitah industrial complex, which has a production capacity of 600,000 barrels of crude oil per day.

This is a major project for EGA Master, which has been carried out in 3 phases and is worth US$ 877,932.23.

Moreover, it should be remembered that the Middle East is experiencing one of its most revolutionary economic restructurings in decades. A region that has historically been linked to the oil and gas industry is now looking to diversify its economy beyond oil revenues. Such a redefinition of the economic structure is already being noticed by EGA Master in the projects it is receiving from this side of the world.

An example of this has been the manufacture and supply of customized sets of 1000 V insulated tools, for the project of installation and maintenance of electric bus charging infrastructure in Qatar, carried out by the Swedish-Swiss company ABB. This project will supply more than 125 MW of charging capacity, 1,300 connectors for destination charging and 89 opportunity chargers. This is one of the largest e-bus networks made in a single installation worldwide.
