EGA Master, a manufacturer of premium industrial tools, closes a 2024 that certifies the recovery of the aeronautical industry.
A clear example of this upturn are the three custom toolkit projects developed for JET AVIATION, a global aviation services company based in Switzerland, specializing in maintenance, aircraft management, FBO (Fixed Base Operator) services and customized solutions for private and business aviation. These games were sent to its three MRO centers in Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore.
In addition to these three projects, carried out for the Swiss company, there is a collaboration with RIYADH AIR, Saudi Arabia's new national airline, launched in 2023, for which EGA Master also developed a customized set of tools for its MRO operations.
In Spain, EGA Master continues to make progress in this sector, highlighting the choice of Semasa MRO, a Spanish company with more than 35 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of aerospace components, as a supplier of premium industrial tools.
Applying 4.0 technology in West Africa
In addition to designing custom tool sets, EGA Master has excelled in the integration of advanced technologies. A key example is the EGAWARE RFID system, an automated tool and tool management solution developed by EGA Solutions, its sister company.
This system was implemented in collaboration with Aero Contractors, Nigeria's oldest international airline, for which two tool carts equipped with this tool control system (TCS) were developed, intended for the airline's MRO centers.
Strengthening positions in 2025
With this positive outlook, EGA Master seeks to consolidate itself as an expert in the advice and development of industrial tool solutions for the aviation MRO sector. The company will reaffirm its presence at MRO Aviation Middle East, the benchmark event for maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) in aviation, which will be held in Dubai. During the event, EGA Master will take advantage of this platform to present its comprehensive solution, based on its 12 ranges of industrial and safety tools, together with the 4.0 solutions developed by EGA Solutions.
