The company wins the award for the Best Strategic Plan for Diversity and Inclusion in the SME category in the IX edition of the Diversity and Inclusion Awards.

EGA Master has been recognised with the award for the Best Strategic Plan for Diversity and Inclusion in the SME category at the IX edition of the Diversity and Inclusion Awards, promoted by the Adecco Foundation and the Club for Excellence in Sustainability. The recognition was collected by Aner Garmendia, CEO of EGA Master.

The jury has distinguished EGA Master's "Corporate Strategy for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion" for integrating diversity as an essential part of its business strategy, especially in a traditionally masculinized sector such as industry and metallurgy.

For more than a decade, the company has been developing a cross-cutting strategy based on equal opportunities, multiculturalism, inclusive leadership and the integration of diverse talent at all levels of the organisation. Currently, 59% of the workforce are women and they represent more than 60% of positions of responsibility.

The award thus recognises a business model that demonstrates that SMEs can also lead advanced and inclusive models of people management.
